We offer peer-to-peer guidance and tailored-resource recommendations for people navigating the mental health system in Victoria, British Columbia. Our team is here to help you find appropriate service(s) and support you throughout the process. ❤️

Our Services:

Peer Support Calls

Connect 1:1 with one of our Peer Support volunteers and allow them to support you through your mental health journey. Our volunteers can offer support and resources, and just be there for you via phone call(s).

Please note it is not necessary to fill out both this form + resources request form if you’re looking for resources, as this service is included within our Peer Support Calls.

Resources Support

A way to receive resource guidance and recommendations from our Peer Support + Research team in just one intake call. Resources will be provided to you via email following your intake call with one of our team members.
